» Improvement of the basic facilities available to supporters at the stadium

» More efficient day-to-day customer service offered to supporters​, including match days

» Better quality of refreshments and catering available to supporters on match days​

» Commitment to improving the quality of stewarding for home and away supporters

» Engagement with supporters on how to improve the overall match day experience at the stadium

Communication & Community

» Commitment to open and transparent communication with supporters​​

» Consultation of supporters and supporters' groups regarding club issues (match day experience, etc) 

» Engagement and consultation with supporters regarding club merchandise 

» Evidence that the club is working to attract and engage the next generation of Walsall supporters​

» Indication that the club is being adequately promoted across the borough

Ticketing & Pricing

» A revision of ticket pricing that makes attending games more affordable​ for all supporters

» Offering ticket packages that are more attractive for supporters attending as a family​​

» Scrapping of over-complicated pricing structures and needless match categorisation​

» A commitment to offering regionally competitive ticket pricing​, especially for young supporters

» Improvement in the marketing of ticket initiatives, particularly one-off promotions (Friend for a Fiver, etc)

The future of Walsall FC

» Clarification of timescales regarding the re-uniting of the club with the freehold​

» A clear plan of how the club intends to stem falling home attendances​​​​

» Measures implemented to re-build the club's youth development set-up 

» Tangible evidence of the club's ambition to achieve promotion to the Championship
